These Terms & Conditions establish the general rules governing purchase, issuance, activation, use, redemption, cancellation, refund and other permitted activities relating to gift cards and gift vouchers issued, distributed or facilitated through FINZOOPAY SOLUTIONS LLP, subject to the specific terms of the relevant product or merchant.
Use of a Gift Card / Voucher is subject to applicable product terms, customer eligibility requirements, merchant restrictions, verification requirements and applicable law.
Gift Cards / Vouchers may be purchased through authorised channels and payment methods. A purchase may be subject to transaction limits, fraud controls, payment verification and availability.
Where activation is required, the Gift Card / Voucher becomes usable only after successful activation or confirmation. The Company may restrict use where activation fails or fraud or security concerns arise.
Gift Cards / Vouchers may be redeemed only at eligible merchants, channels, products or services and within any stated validity period, subject to the specific product terms.
Each Gift Card / Voucher may have a stated validity period. Customers should review the product-specific validity information before purchase or use. Expired instruments may be subject to applicable product and legal rules.
The available value or balance shall be determined by the relevant transaction and voucher system. Partial redemption may be permitted where specified by the product terms.
Unless expressly permitted, Gift Cards / Vouchers may not be resold, transferred, exchanged for cash or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
Gift Cards / Vouchers are not intended to function as cash or bank accounts. Cash withdrawal or cash conversion is not permitted unless expressly provided under applicable product terms or law.
Refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the applicable product terms, transaction status, merchant rules and the Company's Refund, Cancellation & Customer Transaction Policy.
The Company may suspend, block or decline a Gift Card / Voucher or related account where there are reasonable indicators of fraud, theft, unauthorised use, manipulation, resale abuse or other prohibited activity.
Customers should protect voucher codes, PINs, credentials and other access information. Replacement or restoration for lost or stolen instruments may be subject to verification and applicable product terms.
Suspected unauthorised use should be reported promptly through the applicable customer-support or grievance channel. Investigation shall follow the Company's fraud, security and grievance procedures.
Gift Card / Voucher transactions may be subject to per-transaction, daily, aggregate, velocity or other limits under the Company's Transaction Limit & Risk Control Policy, product terms or partner requirements.
The Company or its partners may request appropriate verification where required for fraud prevention, customer protection, compliance, dispute handling or other legitimate purposes.
Customer disputes shall be handled through the Company's Customer Grievance, Dispute, Chargeback & Unauthorised Transaction Policy, subject to merchant and payment-partner procedures.
Where a Gift Card / Voucher is issued or accepted by a third-party merchant, additional merchant-specific terms may apply. Customers should review those terms before use.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, partner outages, network issues, security controls or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Company may correct technical, pricing, balance or processing errors and may take reasonable steps to prevent or reverse transactions affected by an error, subject to applicable requirements.
Personal and transaction information associated with Gift Card / Voucher activities shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Data Protection, Privacy, Retention & Record-Keeping Policy and applicable requirements.
The Company and relevant merchant responsibilities shall be determined by the applicable product terms, contractual arrangements and law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, partner requirements, security needs or applicable legal requirements. Updated terms shall be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
These Terms shall be interpreted subject to applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements and mandatory consumer-protection obligations applicable to the relevant product and transaction.
Customers may use the support or grievance channels published on the relevant FINZOOPAY or product-facing platform for questions, disputes, suspected fraud or transaction assistance.
Relevant voucher issuance, redemption, cancellation, refund and dispute records shall be maintained according to applicable record-keeping and retention requirements.
Management, Operations, Compliance and Finance shall maintain appropriate governance over these Terms and coordinate material changes with relevant technology, risk and customer-support functions.
